The GROVE is located at 1421 Milwaukee Ave. between Lake Ave. and Glenview/Dearlove Roads. It is on the east side of Milwaukee Ave., just south of the Route 294 overpass, 3 miles north of Golf Rd.

The Redfield Estate at The Grove National Historic Landmark is available for rental by the public. Available for Receptions up to 125 people. It's the perfect location for:

For Weddings
Your wedding at the Redfield Estate may be held outdoors at one of our two gazebos or in the spacious meadow surrounding the house. Indoor ceremonies may take place in the air-conditioned Great Room with its cathedral ceiling, original fireplace, golden chandeliers and two-story leaded glass window.

 

 

 



For Receptions and Special Parties

The Redfield Estate is an excellent choice for wedding receptions and special parties. The spacious lawn is well-suited for large groups while indoors accommodates sit-down meals for up to 85 person or buffets serving larger groups of up to 125. A professionally equipped catering kitchen is available.

For Meetings and Retreats
The Redfield Estate offers versatile space for group meetings and retreats. We can also suggest caterers if you wish on-site food and beverage service.



Rentals Hours and Fees

The Redfield Estate is available for rental Monday through Thursday from 8 am to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 1 am and Sunday from 9 am to midnight. Both food and alcoholic beverages may be served on the premises. Tables and chairs are included for your rental use.

Specific time frames have been set up for rentals on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. These consist of Brunch (9 am-4 pm) and Dinner (5 pm-midnight).

Fees vary but generally a seven-hour facility rental for weekday use costs $500 with a $25 per hour charge for each additional hour. Weekend rental rates are as follows: Fri. evenings, Sat., 9 am-4 pm and Sun., $1,900 for a seven hour period; Sat. evening, 5 pm-midnight, $2,200 Additional hours are available at $100 per hour. A $300 refundable damage deposit is required. Business meeting rates are also available.
