The Park Center Health and Fitness is an affordable, convenient, state-of-the art facility offering a wide array of fitness options for everyone. It is the "feel good" place to be!

Our facility features:

• 10,800 square feet of cardio, strength and weight machines and free weights
• Aquatic center with lap pool, whirlpool and warm water therapy pool

• Spinning studio
• 1/8 mile indoor track
• Stretching area
• Open Gym (limited hours)
• Floor staff to demonstrate equipment
• Luxury locker rooms, sauna, whirlpool, and towel service
