Sports and Recreational Leagues at the Glenview Park District

The Glenview Park District offers the following drop-in recreational sports programs at the locations indicated:

Open Gym Hours at Park Center - 2400 Chestnut Ave.
Basketball - Teens Only, grades 6-12:	Fri. 7-9 pm
Basketball - Adults Only, ages 18 & up:	Mon. 7-10 pm
Basketball - High School & Adults :	Tues.* & Thurs. 7-10 pm (High School ID required) *June 10-Aug. 19
Volleyball - Adults Only, ages 18 & up:	Sun. 6-8 pm
Cost:	$5 for residents and $6 for nonresidents (Free for Park Center Health and Fitness members)

Monthly schedule will be avaialble at Park Center at the gymnasium or front desk which will list the holiday hours.

No fighting, abusive/offensive language will be tolerated. Violation of policy will result in loss of gym privileges. Please respect the facility and those who visit.

Co Rec Volleyball
What:	Teams form weekly for volleyball play in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
Who:	Men and Women 18 years and older.
Days/Times:	Mon., 7-9:30 pm, Sept. 17, 2007-May 12, 2008 (No Monday games 12/17, 12/24, 1/21, 2/18, 3/24, 4/21) Thurs., 7-9:30 pm, Sept. 20, 2007-May 15, 2008 (No Thursday games 10/18, 10/25, 11/22, 12/13, 12/20, 12/27, 1/3, 3/6, 3/27, 4/24)
Location:	Pleasant Ridge School, 1730 Sunset Ridge Rd.
Admission:	$80/25 wks or $5 per night at door

Drop-In Table Tennis
What:	Come to Park Center for some table tennis action! Eight tables will be set up in the gymnasium for anyone to drop in and play a pick-up game. Information on area tournaments will also be available.
Who:	Anyone, grade 6 to adult
Days/Times:	Wed. 6-10 pm; Sat. 4:30-8 pm

Admission:	$5 per visit, residents; $6 nonresidents

Co-Rec Soccer
What:	Interested in playing a friendly game of soccer without the pressures of joining a league? We have set aside a field very Sunday just for local soccer enthusiasts. Participants have a choice of paying for the entire season in advance and saving money, or paying a daily walk-in fee. It's a great way to get together for a fun, non-competitive game
Who:	Men & women, 18 years and older
Days/Times:	Sun. mornings, 9-11 am, 5/4-10/19 - No games 5/25, 8/31
Location:	Attea Middle School, 2500 Chestnut Ave.
Admission:	$115/resident for entire season; $7/resident walk-in, $10/nonresident walk-in Register for entire season at Park Center, 2400 Chestnut Ave.
